$140,000 collected during the fundraising
Assalmu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
On behalf of Apex Mosque, we would like to thank all brothers and sisters who participated in the fundraising last night. A total of $140, 000 has been raised al-hamdulillahi rabil'alameen. There were brothers and sisters who just donated last few months and donated again generously jazahumullahu khairan, even people who are going through financial hardships donated whatever dollars they could to be a part of that khair.
Congratulations to any one who is blessed with the opportunity of giving for the sake of Allah in this great month. May Allah SWT grant each one with a house in paradise next to Rasulullah SAAWS.
The door for donation is still open for brothers and sisters who couldn't attend. Contacting other people and urging them to give is also another way to support the masjid and get the reward from Allah SWT.
Jazallahu khairan every one, donors, brothers and sisters who attended to show their support, families who hosted the Iftar, guests who came from far away to participate, and volunteers who managed the event. May Allah SWT accept from every one.
Ameen
